About Offline Coffee Co
Offline Coffee | A Thoughtful Brand Extension
Offline Coffee is an up-and-coming café brand built around the idea of slowing down and reconnecting - using coffee as a way to step away from constant digital noise. This project started as a personal exploration. I wanted to take a brand I genuinely admire and see how far its existing identity could be extended while staying true to its original spirit. Rather than redesigning everything from scratch, I approached this as a brand extension, focusing on flexibility, consistency, and real-world usability. Since they already had a main logo and a small mascot concept, I thought having few more variations can be a way to go, and yes! I developed the mascot to fit more into the branding across all the touch points.

Problem
Offline Coffee co had part of their branding done, from a logo to font and some colours, and though that seemed to be working for them as they were launching, it wouldn't be sufficient as the brand would grow more.
Approach
Instead of changing what already worked, I focused on building on top of the existing identity. I kept: The core logo The type direction The initial color language The mascot concept And asked a simple question: How can this system work better across more spaces?
Solution
The primary logo works well, but like most logos, it can’t live everywhere. So I had to create some more variations to fit across other spaces such as a website or a cup. I created: Flexible logo variations Secondary lockups Scaled-down versions for tighter spaces This allows the brand to stay consistent while adapting to different touchpoints.
